In the context of global security, the Russian leader reaffirmed Russia’s readiness for dialogue, but emphasized the need for this to take place on equal terms and taking into account Russia’s national interests.
“We are always ready for dialogue… But on equal terms, taking into account our national interests, and not negotiations under command,” he declared.
