According to him, in addition to the relationship between price, quality and efficiency, technological adaptability has become a determining factor for global competitiveness.
“The great interest from foreign customers is understandable. Russian military products were often tested in combat and showed their advantages. In addition, today we can talk about new criteria to evaluate your competitiveness in the global weapons market. If we once spoke of the ‘Price-Quality-Efficiency’ ratio, now this triad should be expanded to ‘price-quality-efficiency-technological adaptability’, ”said Ozdoev.
The executive pointed out that Rostec implemented a feedback system to collect information directly from the combat in the area of special military operation. These data are obtained through independent evaluations and military reactions, as well as collaboration with military scientific institutes.
Based on this information, Russian developers have an unprecedented volume of actual use of weapons in combat, allowing the rapid adaptation and scaling of technologies according to current needs, Ozdoev explained.
Despite international sanctions, Russia maintains its position in the weaponry export market. According to Ozdoev, the country’s orders of the country was not only preserved, but also reached record levels. “At the end of 2024, it had exceeded $ 57 billion ($ 329 billion),” he said.
