According to Pal, SUI has the potential to outperform popular coins such as Solana (SOL) and XRP. Technical analysis: SUI versus SOL
In the video, Pal analyzes the SUI price in relation to SOL. He recognizes a wedge pattern breakout, followed by a test of the upper wedge trendline as a support level. According to Pal, successful support could lead to an explosive rally for the altcoin.
Pal further states that SUI currently has a unique position in the market:
“SUI, which is newer and riskier, seems likely to be the alpha at this stage of the market,” said Raoul Pal.
SUI vs XRP: A Comparison
In addition to Solana, Pal compares the performance of SUI with that of XRP. While Pal acknowledges the exceptional performance of the XRP price and expects a continued rally, he predicts that SUI will outperform. He bases this expectation on a technical analysis:
“We have reached the bottom of the trend channel for SUI, and it is likely to outperform XRP in the future,” said Pal.
SUI is already outperforming XRP
Currently, SUI is already showing better performance than XRP. In the past week, SUI price rose 14.7%, while XRP only rose a modest 1.7%. As a result, SUI has now reached a price of $4.31, resulting in a total market capitalization of $12.6 billion.
