Political panorama. The end of Javier Milei cycle and the opening of a convulsive situation

However, The contradiction of the policy of “There are 2027”emulating that of “There is 2019” with which Peronism worked to avoid the defeat of Macri’s plans and the IMF and pave the path to the presidency of Alberto Fernández-Cristina Kirchner, it is the very acute character of the crisis, which makes us think for two years it is a completely uncertain panorama. As we mentioned above, during these two years there was a considerable class struggle, although not at the height of defeating the plans of the great economic power. The perspectives of devaluation, debt crisis and more adjustments open to the possibility that the crisis has its own dynamic that takes paths that go beyond the will of all the actors and, above all, that with the greatest weakness of the government and better moral of the masses, there are gaps so that the class struggle breaks into the scene to defeat Milei’s plans, the IMF and the great businessmen. This perspective can ruin the plans to wait for 2027, if the masses decide to take the fight in their hands and avoid that ruinous road, which would imply that La Libertad advances continue delivering the country, impoverishing, flexible and increasing unemployment.

A program for the crisis not to pay the working people

In this dramatic situation, from the PTS on the left front we raise a program that indicates the only realistic way that the crisis does not end up paying the working people.

The next October election, which will be within the framework of a very acute crisis, we will also use them as a tribune to encourage the class struggle to defeat Milei’s plans, the IMF and the great entrepreneurs, as well as to denounce their accomplices, and to go to millions with a programmatic approach for the crisis to be paid by the capitalists. Each vote for the Left Front will help the conquest of new benches, which will be placed in this fighting perspective.

We have done the same in the September elections in the province of Buenos Aires. There we went to fight in a difficult choice, without access to free spaces in the media, in an election divided into eight sections and with a lot of weight of the mayors. In that difficult framework, with Nicolás del Caño and Romina del Plá as main candidates, we fought with the strength of those below, managing to defend the two benches of the Left Front in the third electoral section and be third force in the conurbano, with good results in districts such as the killing with almost 8 % of the votes (being close to entering the council), although it did not reach to renew the councilors that we had obtained in 2021 (Matanza, Merlo, JC Paz and Moreno. But it was a great fight within the framework of raising an exit to the crisis and preparing the October battle and the intervention in a crisis that is exacerbated.

As we mentioned, the entire political regime intends to sustain Milei until 2027 to do the “dirty work” and move forward with its plan: labor reform, retirement, fiscal adjustment in education, health and public works, privatizations.

The main political forces to sustain it are Peronism and the governors of “United Provinces” (Llaryora de Córdoba, Pullaro de Santa Fe, Sadir de Jujuy, Vidal de Santa Cruz, Torres de Chubut, Valdés de Corrientes).

Milei must be defeated, if not the crisis will impose a new devaluation, with inflation and recessive jump. The CGT and all union and student directions are accomplices because they bet on the “institutional” replacement, letting the attacks pass.

Against this perspective, we propose: active national unemployment and struggle plan that culminates in a general political strike until Milei, IMF and great businessmen and impose the demands of the working people.

Organize in workplace and study to impose a change of course in unions and student centers. Assemblies to decide and assume control. Were the bureaucracies that are accomplices of the adjustments and attacks. Neighborhood Assemblies. Coordination of all sectors in struggle.

It is urgent to discuss a program of measures that attack the power of the capitalists who always preserve their privileges in the crisis.

Salaries and retirements that recover everything lost by inflation in recent years.

That nobody wins less than the family basket.

We do not allow the big businessmen to continue firing capitals after having enriched the speculation. Sovereign ignorance of debt. Nationalization of banks to create a single state system under workers’ control. State monopoly of foreign trade. Progressive taxes to great fortunes and the profits of large companies.

Together with these measures, it is imperative to boost unity with all the peoples of the world subjected to financial capital and IMF

The Government of Milei and Villarruel does not go anymore. Constituent Assembly to refound the country and cut the submission chains. Enough regime of vetoes and purchase of deputies and senators. Establish a unique chamber, with revocable deputies for their voters and win the average salary of a teacher. That unique chamber must assume executive tasks with officials who also win these salary levels. Fin seriously with the caste. Judges elected for universal suffrage and jurors.

Finally, together with the fight to recover the unions and student centers for the struggle, we bet strongly to the emergence of new phenomena of democratic self -organization from below and coordination, and we propose towards the workers’ organizations the need to build a great party of workers, a great political force of the working class, with a program for the crisis to be paid by the great entrepreneurs and a government of the workers. We invite Fitu organizations to give this battle to transcend the borders of the left and defend the FITU program that raises the strategic demands and objectives that we are raised.

This program will be taken to any instance of debate in the organizations of the working class, the student movement, the organizations of Jubiladxs, environmentalists, neighborhoods, etc. And in turn, we will use the October election campaign gallery, both in the very brief radio and TV spaces and in the few interviews and in the diffusion materials, to raise this perspective.
