“Argra denounced on December 16, 2023 that for the Ministry of Security the graphic reporters were” objectives to repress “and based on the circumstances in which about twenty of ours and our associates were shot and gased by the security forces, less than a week of assuming the current government.
On February 9, 2024, we presented ourselves to different judicial stages denouncing the security protocol established by Minister Bullrich, which in 50 days of validity had caused injuries to dozens of reporters, graphic reporters and press workers.
We warn that the protocol was going to increase institutional violence and impunity for crimes committed by security forces. We start more than half a dozen trials before different federal, national and city of Buenos Aires. Amparo resources, denounces for injuries, abuse of authority and attacks against press freedom. None prospered, no judge listened to us.
Today, whoever was our student in Argra School, Pablo Grillo, has been seriously injured by security forces. It will not have been because we do not notice the degree of danger of Patricia Bullrich. And he was injured, and his life is in danger, because there was not a single political, institutional or judicial spring that put his murderous and demagogic impericia.
Today Argra demands that the President of the Republic immediately separate her from his position and make her available to justice, her and her subordinates. If not, we make it morally, politically and criminally complicit in the crimes committed by its minister.
