The fight of Lustramax workers against illegal dismissals continues. This Wednesday they cut the Pan-American highway again, in the vicinity of the plant located on 4545 Unidos Street, in the Tortuguitas Industrial Park, Malvinas Argentinas.
The measure comes after the Buenos Aires Ministry of Labor issued the Mandatory Conciliation, ordering the immediate reinstatement of those dismissed and taking the situation back to January 9. However, the company rejected the resolution in writing and announced that it will not comply with it.
