We urge the embassies of the detainees detained to immediately collaborate to ensure their release, so that they can continue marching with us and end the siege of Gaza.
The Egyptian government has the determination that Gaza’s global march is not done. There are military seals throughout the route. We managed to pass one. There are thousands of people around the world trying to get to Gaza by land. It is impressive and historical.

Official Communication – Friday, June 13
Participants in the global march to Gaza will meet today peacefully in a camp outside Cairo, continuing with the preparations for a historical and peaceful action to end the siege of Palestine and ask for the opening of a humanitarian corridor through Rafah.
We have not received formal authorization to start the march. However, we remain fully committed to coordinating with the Egyptian authorities and follow all the communication channels to guarantee legal fulfillment. Our intention is not to challenge the law, but to work according to it.
This peaceful concentration includes medical, parliamentarians, lawyers and humanitarian professionals from more than 80 countries that have met with a unified message: the blockade must end
and humanitarian aid must flow freely towards the people of Palestine.
We continue to urge the Egyptian government to allow this peaceful march, which aligns with the declared commitment to restore stability at its border and address the current crisis in Gaza.
