The Directorate of the Popular Party feels attacked by the information that has collected the decision adopted by the political formation in the City of Jumilla (Murcia), which will imply the prohibition of all acts of the Islamic community. “It is absolutely unacceptable that it is intended to present to the PP as a xenophobic party,” the Vice -Secretary of Education and Equality of the Party, Jaime de los Santos, has limited himself on Thursday, being asked about the motion that his own formation approved in the Murcian town hall. De los Santos has tried to differentiate the Vox proposal in the City Council of the one finally approved by the PP, although the latter also implies the prohibition of Islamic acts, just like that of the extreme right.

Of the saints, the “messes” and the “great bravuces” of Vox have contrasted with the PP that, he said, is “the constitutionalist party that, therefore, will always put in the center of life the individual beliefs of each one, respecting what each one creates.” “We are the Freedom Party and we have not said it only in the last Congress with the last political presentation, but since we are partying we have said that above any other issue is the respect for each one to be what they want to be, think, pose or belong to the ethnic group that belongs,” he has settled during the statements he has made of the saints at the doors of the headquarters of the PP of the street of Genoa.

The popular leader has accused the government of pretending to “make a case where there is no, because it is false that the Popular Party will point to anyone for its creed, because it is absolutely unacceptable that it is intended to pass to the Popular Party for a Xenophobic party.” When he is re -questioned of the Saints, he insisted: “The Popular Party is the Constitutionalist Party of Spain that will always respect any decision that any citizen makes in any kind and, therefore, we will never point to anyone for what he believes or for what he pres.

De los Santos has accused Vox and PSOE of wanting to “continue polarizing” with this issue of Jumilla. “What has been approved at the City Council of Jumilla has not had the affirmative vote of the Vox party,” he added, in addition to saying “not to the false news and not to the grandiloquent issues that intend to set fire to a country that is exemplary because Spain is an exemplary country, despite the government it has.”

Against what is said since its own saints party, it considers that in Spain “never” has had “problems with immigration.” “And, by the way, the problem with migrants is not in migrants, but in those who manage it. And the management of this matter at borders, in security and immigration is in the government of Spain,” he has settled. “The resolution is only two points in which there is no reference to any religion or any rite. The PP is a constitutionalist party that respects the beliefs of everything,” he added, then, the general coordinator of the PP, Elías Bendodo, from Marbella.
