Since early this Friday, at least 93 fatalities have been registered in the hospitals of the Gaza Strip, which Israel has been attacking intensely since Thursday. According to the Gazatí Ministry of Health, at least 93 bodies and more than 200 injured have reached the hospital centers of the enclave.

Medical sources previously said to the EFE agency that, in the last 24 hours, at least 136 people have died in bombing that have hit all corners of the strip. It is the highest figure of victims in a single day since Israel broke the high fire with Hamas at the end of March. According to health figures, 2,985 have lost their lives in Gaza since March 18, when Israel resumed their offensive against the Palestinian territory.

The Yabalia refugee camp, bombarded again

During this last night, at least a dozen housing in the north of the enclave, including some of the Yabalia refugee camp and the town of Beit Lahia, have been bombed by the Israeli forces, as local sources point to the EFE agency.

“A projectile hit the plant above my house, I managed to leave Milagro alive. Then, I took my car to escape, but all the roads of Al Saladin were cut, I stayed 10 minutes spinning until in the end I found a secondary road,” explains Yousef Faris to Efe, a resident gazatí of Beit Lahia.

The paramedic Motaz Ayyoud also tells the difficulties that he has faced this last night in the Beit Lahia area when he has attended, along with other colleagues, to rescue people. “During the rescue process, the army bombed the North Highway next to the Al Saladin clinic and destroyed the southern part as well. We warn the people of the area that we can reach the Al Saladin clinic on the northern road, but more of this we cannot access with vehicles and it is difficult for medical equipment to go on foot since the area is far away,” he said.

“All areas of the strip are being attacked”

The Gazatí Civil Defense spokesman, Mahmud Basal, laments in a statement that “there are missing people within the attacked houses that we have not been able to contact.” “All areas of the strip are being attacked,” he says.

Local sources also indicate that at least four Israeli tanks surrounded and assaulted a Beit Lahia school converted into a refuge where there were dozens of displaced families.

So far from Friday, at least 72 bodies have reached the morgues of the hospitals of the Strip for the attacks last night, while Israel continues today bombing the surroundings of the Indonesian hospital, local sources reported.
