Now that has to change, and it wants to be able to compete again with projects such as Solana.
The biggest upgrade ever for Ethereum
The pectra upgrade is now coming and has to bring more functionality to wallets and improve the user experience. That upgrade is on the program for April.
This could be the largest in the history of Ethereum, with a total of 20 improvement proposals. Where the focus is on the user experience, among other things, there will also be improvements for the scalability of the blockchain.
During the interview, Beiko announced that Pectra’s system contracts should launch on 17 February on the Ethereum main network.
