Israel says it has reached more than 600 targets in the track since it broke the ceasefire and resumed genocide in Gaza.
Since March 18, and for more than two weeks, Israeli forces have intensified air, terrestrial and sea bombing in the Gaza Strip and expanded land operations, resulting in hundreds of victims, civil infrastructure destruction and large -scale displacement.
The Gaza Ministry of Health reported that Israeli forces killed 1,249 people and injured 3,022 since Israel resumed the war in Gaza on March 18, unilaterally ending a ceasefire signed with Hamas in January.
More than 280,000 people are estimated to have been displaced in the last two weeks, including about 100,000 Rafah people in recent days, according to the Management Cluster (SMC) website.
Jonathan Whittall, interim director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in the busy Palestinian territory, described the situation in the Gaza Strip on Wednesday as a “boundless war”.
What is happening there is “an endless cycle of blood, pain and death,” saying, “Gaza has become a deadly trap.”
Whittall was informing reporters at UN headquarters in New York through a Deir Al-Balah video link in downtown Gaza.
Defrin says that the Israeli army is maintaining “operational ambiguity, so that we can surprise the enemy and bring significant achievements. Our actions will speak.”
On Thursday, Israeli military spokesman, Brig. Gen. Effie Defrin said Israel entered “a new phase” in the war in Gaza.
“The plan meets the objectives of the war, returning hostages and destroying the military and government’s government capabilities,” he said.
Defrin said the military reached more than 600 targets in the track since resumed the war on March 18. He stated that the attacks killed more than 250 Hamas agents, including 12 senior officials from the Military Wing and Hamas Politburo.
The intensified massacre of Palestinians by Israel continued on Friday.
Twenty -seven Palestinians were killed in an Israeli air strike to a school in northern Gaza that served as shelter for displaced families, the Gaza Ministry of Health said.
Dozens of others were injured when an Israeli attack targeted the school to Al-Arqam, in the Al-Tuffah district, in the northeast of Gaza.
In the last 24 hours, more than 86 Palestinians have been killed and more than 280 were injured while Israel made some of their heavier and most relentless bombings in the Gaza Strip on one of the most brutal nights of the war.
“A few hours and Gaza will be erased. You will only find us in Paradise. Goodbye to the most unfair ‘Arabs’ that history has ever known,” wrote Palestinian journalist Khalil Abu Elias on Facebook.
A Palestinian girl in Gaza wrote, “Our news will no longer bother you from now on. It’s just a matter of days, and everyone will have gone. May God not forgive anyone who was silent about our oppression.”
“I just bury my daughter without my head,” said a Palestinian cleric.
On Monday, Palestinian journalist Anas Al-Sharif stated: “The air strikes that hit Gaza tonight were different from anything that has been witnessed since the beginning of the war. The attacks were exceptionally intense, and the bombs thrown by Israeli war planes caused massive destruction and terrifying explosions that could be heard miles away.”
