The XRP price has hardly shown any movement for weeks. While waiting for directional news, investors look for guidance on predictions. One of them attracts attention: an analysis of Grok, Elon Musk’s AI chatbot.
Grok predicts: “XRP will stick around $1.90”
Grok bases its forecast on an ARIMA model and a year of daily price data. According to the AI, XRP will continue to average around $1.90 through January 2026, with minimal outliers between $1.86 and $1.91.
According to Grok, this is not a sign of weakness, but rather of calm. The market would already have priced in the most important developments, such as regulations and adoption. As long as no unexpected shocks occur, the price remains balanced according to the AI.
Analysts share the cautious assessment
Analysts also do not expect any major movements in early 2026. Their forecasts range from $1.82 to $2.10, with an average of $1.89. This makes them remarkably close to Grok’s prediction.
However, sentiment in the market is still tense. Volatility is around 5.6 percent and the mood among investors remains negative. Some experts foresee a temporary dip towards $1.86, but see no indications of structural risks.
XRP price may pick up later in 2026
More movement could occur from the second quarter of 2026. Analysts see room for an increase towards $2.57 to $2.69, provided the adoption of XRP continues to increase and there is more clarity from regulators.
The condition is that XRP finds broader application in, for example, international payments and regulated financial infrastructure.
Spot ETFs can still make a difference
Spot ETFs are now available for XRP, but so far they have hardly moved the price. However, analysts do not rule out that this could happen later. If billions in fresh capital flow in, it could seriously disrupt the balance between supply and demand.
In that scenario, the XRP price could rise to somewhere between $6 and $14 over the course of 2026. But that’s not the point yet. For the time being, the market remains calm and XRP seems to start the new year without any major surprises.
