Brazil was elected the best adventure tourism destination in the world, according to the portal US News & World Report. The 2024 list, prepared in partnership with Wharton School from the University of Pennsylvania, is based on a global survey of nearly 17,000 people.
Respondents evaluated 89 countries in 10 subcategories, such as quality of life, climate change, business, cultural influence, adventure, among others. Brazil came in first place as an adventure destination, beating countries such as Italy, Greece, Spain and Thailand.
