In a statement, the Management of Aerolíneas Argentinas announced that the complaint against the unions The decision will be for “the damages caused, mainly due to the loss of profits from the operation and the claims of the affected passengers.” He also attacked Pablo Biró –head of APLA-, pointing out that due to “his public statements and his direct actions against the interests of the company, Biró acted in a disloyal manner against the company itself.” In this context, he explained that the Ministry of Transport will seek to expel him from the company’s board of directors.
