A source from a competent Russian agency informed the TASS that the information conveyed by the North American media, claiming that US authorities warned Russia about the preparation of a terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall, is false.

“Allegations by US media, the New York Times and the Washington Post in particular, about US officials warning Russia about preparing a terrorist attack on Crocus City Hall are false,” the source said.

The source clarified that the US had informed Russia of a terrorist threat, but the warning was general and only mentioned the possibility of an attack in public places.
