In second place is the recently launched meme project Dogwifhat (WIF) within the Solana (SOL) network, which has performed impressively with a price increase of 325% in just one week.
This project, which has only been live since December, has quickly gained a position within the top 100 tokens. The digital currency is currently in 70th place.
3. Floki (FLOKI)
In third place we find Floki (FLOKI), a meme project inspired by the name of Elon Musk’s dog, a Shiba Inu. This project is the third best performing cryptocurrency with an impressive increase of 315% in the last seven days.
4. Bonk (BONK)
In fourth place is Bonk (BONK), which has already seen a significant rally towards the end of 2023. The project has recently resumed this positive trend, with an increase of 217.5% in the past week. Bonk is currently setting new price records and shows no signs of slowing down in this upward movement.
5. Shiba Inu (SHIB)
In fifth place we find Shiba Inu (SHIB). After a long period of relative silence surrounding the project, the number two meme coin has finally shown a remarkable revival. With an increase of 201.6% in the last seven days, SHIB is closing in on its main competitor, Dogecoin (DOGE), which currently ranks tenth by market capitalization.
6. Dogecoin (DOGE)
Sixth and last on our list is Dogecoin, the oldest and most valued meme coin in the crypto ecosystem. Unlike its peers, Dogecoin saw more modest growth, increasing 97.5% in the past week.
