A crowd took to the streets across the country against denialism and the Milei Government. The 50 years of the Coup became a strong statement that marked the growing social and political opposition to the ruling party. This was expressed in the massive call in Plaza de Mayo and, also, in the main cities of the country. Thus, enormous mobilizations were seen in CĂłrdoba, Rosario, Mar del Plata and Mendoza, among other points.
In the City of Buenos Aires, historical organizations were the first to mobilize. Like every year, the Mothers and Grandmothers of Plaza de Mayo were at the forefront of the mobilization. There were also social, political, and student organizations, as well as tens of thousands of people who arrived freely from the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires and Greater Buenos Aires.

Both in CABA and in the rest of the country, the PTS-FITU created very important columns, with thousands of colleagues workers, students, the women’s movement, the environmental struggle movement and other sectors. At the end of the march, in a brief act, Myriam Bregman took the floor to point out that “today, to end this day, I think we have to leave with a deep reflection in our heads. We are missing a part, We need to recover from that generation of the 70s that we have the right to rebel against oppression. That ours is a legitimate right to resistance.” In addition, he added, “we have to recover those flags and we have to think about the necessary strategy. To once and for all go on the offensive. Because We have the right to fight to end this capitalist system. Which brings wars, imperialist aggression and exploitation. And to be able to build socialism.”
