Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) had a good day on the American stock exchange yesterday. At the same time, prices got off to a somewhat difficult start, but ultimately the damage was limited by a strong opening on Wall Street.

Second green day in a row for the BTC funds

The Bitcoin spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), nothing more than listed funds that hold Bitcoins and thus follow the price, raised capital yesterday for the second trading day in a row.

$144.9 million is the amount left at the bottom. It is the first time since mid-January that the funds have had two positive days in a row.

On Friday, $371.1 million flowed in and that day the Bitcoin price recorded its largest absolute increase in history of almost $8,000. A day earlier, the largest loss ever measured was more than $10,000.

Remarkably, BlackRock’s IBIT fund, by far the largest Bitcoin fund in existence, was the only one in the red yesterday with a narrow loss of $20.9 million. Grayscale’s BTC fund raised the most money at $144.9 million, and that doesn’t happen often.

The Bitcoin price first fell from $71,000 to $68,500, but was pulled back to $71,000 later in the day by the American stock market. That’s where things hit the wall for the umpteenth time, because now just over 69,000 dollars are being paid again.

ETH funds back in the plus

The Ethereum funds failed to raise capital on Friday, but ended yesterday with a profit of $57 million. It is the best result since January 26, when $ 117 million flowed in.

As of Friday, the funds had failed to raise money. Just like that day, BlackRock has again come out on top. His ETHA fund lost $45 million yesterday. Fidelity ended up in the lead with $67.3 million in inflows.

In recent months, many more altcoins have been available on the American stock exchange. Data from SoSoValue shows that Ripple’s XRP funds ended yesterday with $6.31 million in inflows and Solana’s (SOL) funds ended with $0.145 million in outflows.
