United Provinces loses with LLA, the internal PJ is almost tied and the FITU makes a good choice

The Libertad Avanza won with 37.3% (150,718 votes) and dealt a hard blow to the ruling party enrolled in the United Provinces. Obtains two seats in Congress.

He UCR government (Sadir-Morales) was the big loser. He barely obtained 19.9% ​​(80,384 votes), falling to almost half of the result of the early elections in May, 38.3% (139,649 votes). They expected to get two deputies and finally only one seat was obtained.

The internal of the PJ Fuerza Patria wins it by a slight margin (15.5%) over the Primero Jujuy Avanza list (15.1%) made up of all of Morales’ Peronist partner. If this result is confirmed, it would be another blow to bipartisanship who governs the province. The PJ does not have any national deputies.

In interior localities the FITU exceeded the provincial average: Humahuaca (18.3%); Cochinoca (12.5%); Palpalá (12.4%); La Quiaca (12.4%); Libertador Gral. San Martín (11.8%); Susques (11.4%); Tilcara (10.6%).

Considering the political spaces (LLA, PU and PJ) the left is the third force in the province and this election means a support point to organize all those who voted against the adjustment of the national and provincial government.

In this sense, for the PTS-FITU, the The challenge is to build a great political force of the working classsomething that the left has been exchanging in recovered unions and that it considers necessary to strengthen more than ever, given the victory of the LLA and the defeat of the PJ’s possibilist strategy, because what is at stake is to defeat with the struggle in the streets the surrender plan of the country and the province before the IMF, the United States and the big businessmen.
