One of the companies named in the complaint is America Virtual SA dedicated to providing “technological services”. According to what is stated, since the current management took over, the billings of this firm “they were shot in a scandalous manner” compared to previous years, reaching figures that the complainants (whose identity has not yet been revealed) classify as “exorbitant”. Furthermore, it is highlighted that the contracting of additional services would have reached the US$ 9 million.
Another irregular contract is the one signed with SAP which covers licenses, consulting and implementation, for a total amount of US$ 19 millionof which almost a million was paid in advance.
