PRESENTATION IN ELECTORAL JUSTICE: AT THIS POINT, BULLRICH MUST GIVE EXPLANATIONS.
Tomorrow we will make a presentation in the federal electoral justice of the City of Buenos Aires so that the authorities of the Alianza La Libertad Avanza, whose candidates are Patricia Bullrich and Alejandro Fargosi, are urgently summoned to give explanations of the case and, in any case, a criminal investigation can be initiated.
With the outbreak of the drug plot surrounding the resignation of Deputy Espert, events that seriously involve Patricia Bullrich come to light or take on new importance.
Among THE CONTRIBUTORS – registered, “blank” – of the 2023 PRO campaign where one of the candidates was Patricia Bullrich, appears Alejandra Bada Vásquez, the media patron of Lácteos Vidal.
Who is she? One of the owners of a group of companies that appear linked to a plot very similar to that of Fred Machado with airplanes, causes related to drug trafficking, transfers in foreign banks and links to local politics.
Bullrich must explain those relationships right now. Was that transfer the only thing you received? How did you contact that company and its owners? Why didn’t she say anything when versions of her relationship with drug traffickers began to circulate while she was the Minister of Security?
Lácteos Vidal SA, one of the family companies, gained notoriety for being the promoter of regressive legislation in labor terms to be able to fire workers without any rights and punish them if they protest. They set up an organization called the Anti-Blockade Movement. We could talk a lot about the fate of these proposals in labor justice, but here we want to focus on something else, on who their lobbyists were.
And the answer is the tip that ignites this scandal since the spokespersons for those policies promoted by the Bada Vásquez and other allies that they were gaining in their reactionary crusade, were Patricia Bullrich and her pigeon Florencia Arietto.
Even Bullrich’s now-listmate, Alejandro Fargosi, was present at some event of the Anti-Blockade Movement. Did he do it for free? I allow myself to doubt.
Also, as shown here, this movement is the driving force behind the Productive Security program, another deeply anti-worker employer movement.

When we get into the plot of relationships, everything gets murky. Claudio Ciccarelli, the cousin of Fred Machado and partner of the deputy for La Libertad Avanza of Río Negro Lorena Villaverde, in 2022 formed Eco Friendly, a company that tried to take over the Andacollo mine in Neuquén. His partner was María Cecilia Roncero, Vidal Bada Vásquez’s partner and partner in several companies. A few months ago Ciccarelli left Eco Friendly and Vidal entered; They have 95% of the partnership with Roncero.
When the Espert scandal broke out, they abandoned the Andacollo project.
Vidal Bada Vázquez has another company focused on mining called El Garavero, based in Córdoba. We have been warning that the RIGI and other legislation approved in the country made mining a business that could facilitate drug money laundering.
Let us remember that Ciccarelli was the owner of the armored Jeep Cherokee truck used by José Luis Espert during the 2019 election campaign.
In the case where the transfer from Machado to Espert was found, the businessman is accused of being part of an organization that is dedicated to laundering money linked to drug trafficking from an aviation company and other mechanisms. In the accounting expertise carried out by the Bank of America for this case, according to several national media outlets, a dozen operations were found between the Bada Vázquez and Fred Machado’s company under investigation: Wright Brothers Aircraft Title Inc. In that record of operations there are transfers between both business groups for more than US$3,000,000 in just two years, for the purchase and rental of aircraft.
And since it seems that he was very interested in airplanes, they have a company Transportes El Nacional SA (CUIT: 30-70940759-3) that sold a plane to some people who later ended up charged with drug trafficking. It could be a coincidence, what they would have to explain is why they sold it so cheap (13 thousand dollars), a tenth of its value, according to the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
When Nicolás del Caño and I denounced Espert for his threats of “jail or bullet”, one of the lawyers who sponsored the deputy was Pablo Abdon Torres Barthe. This lawyer (along with Mariana Heim) sponsored Alejandra Bada Vásquez in her trial against eight Lácteos Vidal workers who exercised their right to strike. The world is small.
The data is sufficient for the electoral justice system to summon the representatives on the list and for Bullrich and Fargosi to give explanations.
