After weeks of strong price movements, XRP remains one of the most talked about cryptocurrencies. A convincing breakthrough towards the all-time high is still pending, but according to a well-known analyst it may not take long. He calls XRP “one of the greatest assets of our time.”

Analyst predicts big future for XRP

American crypto analyst Coach JV is particularly enthusiastic about XRP and sees it as one of the best investments of this generation. In a recent post on While many investors panicked at the time, JV decided to make a big move.

The case only officially ended last summer. Fortunately for Ripple, the verdict was not too bad. Although Ripple was fined, what was more important was that the sale of XRP on exchanges did not appear to fall under securities legislation.

He points to Ripple’s unique position within international payments and believes that XRP will play a pivotal role in the global financial system in the long term. Ripple wants to use XRP as a bridge currency to make cross-border payments between large institutions cheaper and faster. The crypto company thus enters the SWIFT market, the well-known international payment network that processes trillions of transactions every day.

XRP price under pressure, but analysts see opportunity

After a period of strong rise, XRP showed another slight correction yesterday. The coin therefore performed weaker than many other major cryptos, including Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH), which managed to keep their losses more limited.

According to analytics firm Santiment, there is currently a record level of fear around XRP on social media. Sentiment among retail traders is bleaker than in the past six months. This extreme ‘FUD’ (Fear, Uncertainty & Doubt) is actually seen by some analysts as a positive sign.

“When the retail crowd panics, professional investors often take positions,” Santiment said. In previous market cycles, a wave of negativity often marked the bottom, followed by a new rally.
