The Global Sumud Flotilla is close to the coast of the Gaza Strip. They are dozens of vessels with members of more than 44 countries. They carry humanitarian aid for the Palestinian population that has been suffering from the genocide by the state of Israel. Zionist state ministers threatened that they will not allow the flotilla to reach destination. If they intercept them we have to mobilize worldwide. After a long journey, the Global Sumud Flotilla approaches the coast of the Gaza Strip. That Palestinian territory in which the state of Israel has been perpetrating a genocide for almost two years. There are hundreds of people carrying medications, food and humanitarian aid in dozens of boats, in a non -violent mission, seeking to break the blockade and help the Palestinian population.
Along the route the flotilla was attacked in international waters on several occasions by drones, damaging several of the ships, which also threw chemical gases. despite which they persisted on their way. To this were added the continuous threats by the Israeli ministers of not allowing the flotilla to approach Gaza, even sliding that they could sink it or subdue their members to common prisons within the Zionist state in case of intercepting it.
Far from intimidating them, as the Flotilla Avanza received more and more solidarity samples and contingents have joined that they left from different ports in Spain, Italy, Tunisia, Greece, among others. At the moment the vessels are near the point where the previous floats were intercepted by the Israeli army, so they are decisive moments.
Meanwhile, the massacre on the Palestinian population does not take respite and there are already at least 67,000 people killed in the strip in these two years, while the new land army offensive of the Zionist army intensifies to occupy the city of Gaza.
That is why, in tune with the millions of people who have been mobilizing around the world to demand the end of this massacre, the most brutal so far in the 21st century, in Argentina we must be on alert to the possibility of any type of Israeli attack: if they touch the flotilla we will mobilize that same day from Avenida de Mayo and July 9 to the Plaza de Mayo. We have to be thousands and raise our voice against this genocide.
