The short -stay tourist rental business in a popular Madrid neighborhood by Alberto González Amador, Isabel Ayuso’s couple, says in their last annual accounts, of 2024, which rents “industrial premises.” It does so despite having housed hundreds of people in recent years, as confirmed consulted and can be checked with a simple look at the Booking Reservations portal, where it has more than 450 user reviews.
The couple of the president of the Community of Madrid set up that tourist business with two partners in 2022, after committing the alleged fiscal crimes for which she has been sent to the bench, corresponding to the 2020 and 2021 years, and who recognized her lawyer in writing before exploding the scandal. The accommodation is located in a bass of the Madrid neighborhood of San Fermín, in the Usera district, and accumulates 457 user reviews since March 2023 on the Booking platform. The rooms can also be rented separately on the Airbnb platform. Booking rates these days range between 66 and 205 euros per night and a person for an “double economic room.” For a family with two children, a “Deluxe” room for three nights from November 13 to 16 without breakfast was offered last Monday for 934 euros.
However, in its last accounts, which has just sent to the Mercantile Registry, the company of González Amador, October Twelve Accomodation SL, says that its main activity is that of “rental of industrial premises”. These are the accounts corresponding to the year closed on December 31 and have been formulated this year.
This corporate purpose clashes with what that society said so far in their accounts and with those hundreds of user reviews on the Booking portal. Of these, 187 are from customers who said they had spent the night over 2024 a total of 383 nights. Many did it “as a couple”, “in group” or “in family”, which implies that hundreds of people slept there last year.
That the company is dedicated to tourist rental is confirmed by a look at that tourist reservation platform and a visit in situ to that popular Madrid neighborhood. The business has been “years”, explains a neighbor in the area that claims to ignore that after that constant transfer of visitors is a company belonging to the couple of the president of the Community of Madrid.
González Amador appears as a solidarity administrator in the mercantile that exploits the accommodation, which in 2024 declared a turnover of only 32,199.72 euros. Nothing of “industrial premises”, as he says in the accounts that he has just sent to the Mercantile Registry, accessible through Insight View. eldiario.es contacted the company to try to understand this confusion, without obtaining an answer. González Amador also did not attend the calls and messages of this medium.
The corporate purpose of October Twelve detailed so far the company in its accounts was the one that consigned when it was created in March 2022.
