Ethereum ETF’s bleeding empty: worst form since April

The American listed funds for Ethereum (ETH) suddenly changed course after two glorious months. Capital has been seeping away for six days in a row, which has not happened since April.

More than $ 1 billion away

In July it suddenly started to walk for the nine Ethereum Spot Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs). In the end it became even the best month since the launch last July with a total net inflow of $ 5.4 billion. August was another good month with a plus of around 4 billion dollars. But September has started disappointingly. Or say dramatically.

The loss already started on the last trading day of August. In the meantime, six loss days have already arrived, which means the worst series in four months.

Blackrock’s Etha Fund, the largest Ethereum fund that exists, had one of his worst days ever last Friday with an outflow of 309.9 million dollars. Only August 4 knows how to exceed this with a loss of 375 million dollars. Yesterday another fortune of 192.7 million dollars disappeared.

Bitcoin funds do much better

In July, the results of the Ethereum ETFs were occasionally better than those of the Bitcoin (BTC) ETFs, which went into the books as the most successful ETF launch of all time. Last month there was 6.5 times more money went to the Ethereum exhibition products, but that is different this month.

Over the past six days, the Bitcoin funds are on a plus of $ 487.9 million. Yesterday the most was picked up with a net inflow of 464.3 million dollars.

The Bitcoin course also shows itself from a better side. The largest crypto is on a profit of 2.38 percent over the last 7 days, while Ethereum is 0.83 percent in red.
