It will be a peaceful action, aimed at denouncing the genocide, breaking the criminal sionist blockade against the Palestinian territory and opening a humanitarian corridor.
Bruno, leader of the Revolutionary Workers Movement (MRT), the Brazilian section of the Trotskyist fraction for the reconstruction of the Fourth International (FT-CI), is a worker at the University of São Paulo (USP), activist of the Workers’ Union of the University of São Paulo (SINUSP) and participate in the mission as the spokesman of the Brazilian delegation. He was part of the FT-CI delegation in the global march on Gaza, together with Luca Bonfante and Patricio del Corro, of the PTS of Argentina. This was one of the important international solidarity initiatives that sought to break the siege of the illegitimate and genocidal state of Israel. The march suffered a brutal repression by the Egyptian government of Al-Sisi, which deported several activists from around the world who were heading to Egypt, such as our companions Pablo Castilla and Santiago Lupe, of the CRT of the Spanish State.
In a statement to the daily left, Bruno declared: “This is a key moment for the new mission to Gaza. Israel began the occupation of the city of Gaza as part of its” final solution “plan, killing journalists, doctors and lifeguards, carrying the barbarism perpetrated for decades against the Palestinian people to a new level.
