The presentation is given after hours of revelations that put in check the credibility of the government and bring to light a framework of monumental corruption that involves the National Disability Agency, the Argentine Swiss drugstore and a scheme of “returns” in which nothing more or nothing less than the sister of the president, Karina Milei, and Eduardo Lule Mene would be involved. The most recent case is the scandal of millionaire coimas that involves the Argentine Swiss drugstore, the National Disability Agency (Andis), and directly to Karina Milei, general secretary of the Presidency, and Eduardo “Lule” Menem, Undersecretary of Institutional Management of the Government and the main political ladder of Javier Milei’s sister.
The plot was uncovered from recorded audios of Diego Spagnuolo, personal friend of the president and former head of the Andis, who directly accused Karina Milei and Lule Menem of receiving between five hundred and eight hundred thousand dollars per month in “commissions” or “returns”. Spagnuolo, who also visited the residence of Olivos 38 times and the Casa Rosada 48 times between January 2024 and March 2025surpassing first -line ministers, It was part of Milei’s intimate circle and it was his personal lawyerwhich makes it impossible to think that the president was not aware of these management.
A crisis of an still unknown magnitude, which begins to have an impact not only on the main media of the country but also internationally, and that hits the small table of the Milei government and freedom progresses.
Within the framework of the judicial investigation, federal judge Sebastián Casanello ordered 14 raids, including the headquarters of the Andis and several homes of the owners of Argentine Swiss drugstore, which was indicated by Spagnuolo as the “collector” of these coimas. In one of these raids, Emmanuel Kvalivker, a minority shareholder of Swiss Argentina, was found at his home in Nordelta with envelopes containing more than $ 200,000.
