US President Donald Trump once again repeated the threat of a bombing campaign against Iran during an interview with Time magazine published on April 25, during which he discussed a series of issues, including the possible Saudi standardization with Israel and the war between Russia and Ukraine.

When asked about reports that he blocked an Israeli plan for a joint attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, Trump said, “This is not right.”

“I didn’t stop them. But I didn’t make them comfortable, because I think we can close an agreement without the attack. I hope we can. We may have to attack because Iran will not have a nuclear weapon. But I didn’t make them comfortable, but I didn’t say no. The interviewer asked the president if he was worried that Israel could “drag” the US to a war with the Islamic Republic, to which he replied “no.”
