White House is considering unique trick to buy Bitcoin without tax money

The US government is considering appreciating its gold reserves, with the aim of paying for a National Bitcoin (BTC) reserve without using tax money. Bo Hines, director of the Crypto Advisory Council of the White House, announced this in a conversation with investor Anthony Pompliano.

Bitcoin without tax money

The American gold certificates are currently being put in the books for just 43 dollars per ounce, while the market price is around $ 3,200. By increasing that book value, according to Hines, the Ministry of Finance could create an accounting surplus with which Bitcoin can be purchased, without actually having to sold gold.
