Almost 60% of candidates are considering jobs related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) during this year’s Spring Employment Season, as the rapid development of new technologies and proactive political support have made those who change jobs increasingly interested in emerging fields such as AI shows more recent research. According to the 2025 Spring Employment Season report released on Monday (22) by Zhilian Zhaopin, a Chinese job search platform, among employees of emerging industries considering or conducting a job search, 49.2% anticipate entering the AI ​​industry, making it the main choice.
