Chainlink (LINK) is increasingly considered one of the most promising cryptocurrencies of the moment. Dutch crypto analyst Michael van de Poppe, who has almost 730,000 followers on X, is particularly optimistic about the project. He even calls Chainlink’s current low price a “once in a lifetime investment opportunity.”

Van de Poppe emphasizes that Chainlink is showing strong growth signals, partly thanks to the increasing interest from institutional parties. Recent research by blockchain analysis platform Santiment shows that the popularity of Chainlink is increasing rapidly due to continuous developments within the project. These developments include the successful testing of the Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) and collaborations with companies such as payment giant SWIFT.
Additionally, data from Santiment shows that Chainlink is currently the leading ERC-20 project in terms of development activity, with 624.17 significant GitHub updates in the past 30 days. This even leaves Ethereum (ETH) behind. Chainlink’s social dominance is also growing, indicating that the project is increasingly a topic of conversation on social media.
LINK price forecasts
According to Van de Poppe, the current consolidation of the LINK price offers an ideal buying opportunity. He points to the price zone between $9 and $11 as the perfect time to accumulate more LINK. In the medium term, he expects a price target of more than $35, which represents an upside of almost 200% from the current value. If the crypto market enters a bull phase, the next target is a new all-time high (ATH), which currently stands at $52.70.
