The President of the Government, Pedro Sánchez, has filed a complaint for malfeasance in office against Juan Carlos Peinado, the judge who took his statement as a witness on Monday and who is investigating the case for influence peddling against his wife.
The document is signed by the State Attorney’s Office on behalf of the President of the Government.
