While XRP and PEPE are impressive, there is one project that stands head and shoulders above the rest: Peanut the Squirrel (PNUT). This memecoin, built on the Solana (SOL) blockchain, has risen 1,967% in just seven days.
PNUT was created as a tribute to Peanut, a beloved squirrel who was euthanized by authorities in New York after a tragic intervention. This shocking incident sparked public outrage and inspired the launch of PNUT as a symbol for animal rights. Despite its short existence, the memecoin has gained ground by storm and now ranks 67th in terms of market capitalization.
