For your tuna salad with olives and tomatoes to be delicious, use the ingredients below!

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in water, drained and shredded

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup black olives

  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Arugula or lettuce leaves to serve

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded tuna, tomatoes, olives, red onion and lemon juice.
  • Season with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve over arugula or lettuce leaves.

Notes

  • Tip: You can also add other ingredients like cucumber, shredded carrots, fresh herbs or feta cheese to add more flavor and texture to the salad.
