Testicle recipe book is a load of b*llocks

These are recipes even Gordon Ramsey might struggle with ... a new cookbook has been released celebrating the art of cooking with testicles.

Recipes for 'testicle pizza' 'battered b*llocks' and 'goolies goulash' are all included in "Testicle Cookbook - the art of cooking with balls."

Also there (as much as we didn't them to be) are photos and guides to peeling, slicing and preparing the perfect testicle.

No this is not a load of b*llcks, the 31 recipe book is the creation of Ljubomir Erovic, a chef from Serbia where testicles are a traditional delicacy

He says more people should experiment with testicles, but not their own: "All testicles can be eaten ... except human, of course."
He says the tastiest testicles, come from bulls, ostriches or stallions "Sheep testicles are also delicious, but I don't like boar testicles," he added.

Erovic, 45, has been cooking testicles for over 20 years. Although self-taught, he is probably by now not just Serbia's but the world's leading authority on testicle cuisine.

The ingredients for his testicle pizza recipe include cheese, onion, pepper, bacon and bull's testicles. "It's Italian pizza with Serbian balls", explains Erovic.

His recipe for omelet with calf testicles starts, "Remove fine veins from the testicles and put them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes".

But the book also contains more cordon bleu recipes, such as "Calf Testicles In Wine" (white or red but not sweet) and testicles with bourgignon sauce.
