Urinals on planes
Urinals could be installed on planes in an effort to cut queues for the toilets.The units, designed by German makers Dasell interiors, could be installed on major commercial aircraft, including the A380 airbus and Boeing 747.
It is thought to be the first time urinals would be been fitted on commercial flights, though they are already used in some military aircraft.
A spokesman for Dasell is reported as saying the urinals could be up and running within the year, though he declined to say which airlines had showed and interest.
The urinals would also be eco-friendly saving on water and would not need to be flushed after every visit.
